Melissa and Randy won our free session form an Instagram contest a few months back! (See we really do pick REAL winners haha!) Not like those gimmick contests some companies host. Boy did we get lucky! Randy, you picked a BEAUTIFUL bride! These two did so perfect, even though the wind was CRAZY this day! We hope their wedding at Maumelle Park on the River is perfect!

Destiny and Bryson are the cutest! For those of you who didn’t know, Destiny is also SUPERMOM! She is married but her husband, Buck, is deployed with the military. While Buck has been away Destiny has not only been playing mom + dad but she is also in college! I admire her drive and her never-ending love for her family. These photos also have a little piece of Buck in them, Bryson’s “daddy-doll”. This is a doll that the military gave their family to help Bryson cope with his dad being gone. A sweet photo of Buck is tucked away in a pocket on the doll. If this session doesn’t melt your heart I don’t know what will?! Love this girl and her family!
Sarah and James had the idea to use Dickey-Stephens Park for their photos since James is a coach & huge baseball fan! We of course loved the idea! We also used one of our favorite Little Rock walking bridges in downtown LR. It’s always fun photographing friends! I have known Sarah since 2011 when I began managing the Maumelle location of Advanced SunSystems, where she worked! We can’t wait to shoot her bridals and their wedding! Enjoy this gorgeous couple!
We are so excited to share these bridals! Kim and Alex got married in June but we took these a few weeks ago because Kim was too busy to take them before their big day. We got rained out from our original location & decided to take them at the State Capitol in Little Rock. We even got some sunshine & were able to take some outside toward the end! We also tried some new things during this session with lighting!

Yesterday UCA finished up Panhellenic Sorority recruitment. We were asked to do recruitment videos for Sigma Kappa and Alpha Sigma Tau. We were of course honored and excited! I know how life changing being a part of a sisterhood can be and feel so thrilled for every woman who accepted a bid to UCA’s chapters! We got to take all of Alpha Tau’s rush photos this year and have been dying to share them with you all! These girls are beautiful inside and out. I have had the privilege of becoming an advisor for AST in the past year and can’t describe the blessing that has been. These girls will forever hold a place in my heart & my fellow advising team is AMAZING! We hope you enjoy these beauties!

We are so happy to work with Emily again! We did her senior pictures from UCA earlier this year and now she is ENGAGED! Jordan is quite the catch & we are so happy to share their sweet country themed session! We took these in Lonoke at her family’s home. We love the classic feel to these photos! You two are precious and we cannot wait to shoot your wedding next year!

North Little Rock High School Football 2014. Last year I talked to Coach Bolding about doing preseason photos and video for the team. Everything turned out so well last year that we decided to do this every year! That hard part is coming up with new ideas for the shoots!! On the night of the shoot, or course, it was raining. We were supposed to begin at 9pm. That did not happen. We all waited out the rain and began setting up around 10:30. The shoot lasted until 1am! I am very happy we waited out storm and got this shoot in! Big thanks to Coach Bolding for organizing all this and buying pizza for the players and myself!!

Blake & Katie, you two have such an adorable little boy! Easton is so precious! He was so cute carrying around his teddy bear during the shoot! I met Blake through North Little Rock football, where he is a coach. As many of you know, I cover all the football games for NLR. I was so excited when Blake asked me to take Easton’s photos last year and I am even more excited that he and Katie asked me to take his two year old photos!!

Melana and Tim’s session is full of so much VARIETY! We had so much fun shooting at Murray Park in Little Rock. The best part was when an old model A car drove by and the owners let us borrow it for a few shots! We are so happy for you two! We love that their true personalities really shine through in this fabulous session!

First off, let me just say that Trey is fantastic drummer!! When I was carrying my gear in to where we were shooting I could hear Trey practicing from the parking lot. I thought to myself, “Wow, this guy is good!” A few weeks ago Trey’s father asked me to take some photos of his son playing drums. When I started thinking about how I wanted to shoot this I knew I wanted to try something new and edgy. With the help of some stage fog and strobe lighting we ended up with some awesome photos!!

From the moment I met Jenna and James at Starbucks for their consultation I knew I would just love them! They are both nurses and naturally so down-to-earth, easy going and just overall precious! Their session at Two Rivers Park in Little Rock has been one of my favorites. After I suggested the location they were on board, especially since James proposed there! The weather was perfect after a week of rain prior. (Can we get back to that weather ASAP please?) They had the BEST idea to bring a pop-up tent to change clothes in. As a result we are now going to buy one for future sessions! We can not wait for their wedding in September! We hope you enjoy this sweet couple, we sure enjoyed taking these!

We LOVE referrals from our friends! This cute family was referred to us by one of our sweet bride’s and dear friend, Tiffanee Samples. (Who is now Mrs. Miller as of May 10th! Congrats Tiff). I also had German class with Brandon for a few semesters at UCA so I had already heard about cute little Jude from him. So glad that I finally got to meet Jude and Brandon’s awesome wife, Courtney! I feel like I have known Courtney forever because like Tiffanee, she is so easy to talk to and down to earth. Jude’s blue eyes are enough to make your heart melt! The location was PACKED but we were lucky to find a few vacant spots for pictures! Enjoy this precious family of three.

What a BEAUTIFUL baby girl. We of course were thrilled when Anna Belle’s mom, Jennifer, asked us to do some modeling shots of Anna Belle. These are going to be submitted to a few agencies in hopes of getting this cutie some modeling gigs. This girl will give you baby fever for sure! I shot all the digital photos and Jaison shot film.

A few weeks ago we had the opportunity to take photos of Lee & Richard’s animals they keep on the farm for 501 LIFE Magazine! I am still amazed at how well all the animals cooperated for the shoot! Now that the magazine has come out we can share these beautiful photos!! Be sure to pick up a copy of the magazine!
Every since we took Jeremy & Christina’s engagement photos we have known they were such a fun & loving couple! They both share a love for basketball and their wedding incorporated that to the max! We have had such a wonderful time capturing their love story over the past few months!

It really is a blessing to be involved with the High School we both graduated from! I recently had the opportunity to take portraits for the NLR Cheerleaders and it was a blast. Such a lively and fun bunch of young women!
