Maddie & Kerry | NWA Wedding
Maddie & Kerry tied the knot on April 11th in NWA. It was our first wedding to shoot in NWA and we LOVED the venue! One of our favorite barns ever and one of our favorite couples! The ceremony and reception was held at the Cypress Barn in Siloam Springs. Lighting was amazing, weather was amazing and they looked fabulous! Also another first for us – Kerry was our first Marine groom! (Our favorite grooms cake EVER is also featured in this blog post) We loved getting to work with this blonde bombshell and her handsome groom. You two are the sweetest and we hope to photograph some Bartholomew babies one day!
ps: This is a great example of the benefits of doing a first look! They have SO many great portraits of just the two of them because we had extra time because they did a first look. Not required but a definite plus!

Justin + Carol | Couples Session
Justin and Carol have been married almost three years! We were so excited to take some fun shots of them Valentine’s Day weekend. I have known Justin a very long time, ten years! Makes me feel old when I think about it. I hadn’t met Carol until this session, but just by doing this photo session I feel like I have also known her forever as well. She was super fun and easy to talk to, the perfect counterpart for Justin! As you can tell these were taken in the dead of winter (and it was COLD that day) but you can see their laughter and smiles are so warm – you can’t even tell it was cold outside! And we found a new location! We can’t wait to photograph these two again!

We were thrilled when Jessica and Kellie asked us to come hang out and create some fun photographs! I was totally in my element, if I could just photograph pretty florals everyday I would be in Heaven! Bouquet and detail shots at weddings are some of my favorites type of shots, so naturally this was right up my alley. Jaison enjoyed hanging out with the girls too, in this industry he is way outnumbered by women, haha! He never minds though. We loved working with these women and if you need some floral work done, these sweet professionals know their stuff! We loved doing something a little different for a change!

Dustin + Tori | Little Rock Engagements
Dustin has been in my life a looooong time! We grew up with one another and he is probably my longest lasting friend. We will go months without talking but it is the type of friendship where you don’t have to talk everyday but you still have each other’s backs no matter what. He is more like a brother honestly. When I heard he was engaged I was so excited for him! And now that I know Tori, I love her too (maybe more than I like Dustin – just kidding). She is the perfect balance to Dustin, exactly what he needed. And she keeps him in line, which he can be a mess sometimes. Plus she is gorgeous, talk about blonde bombshell!
I am super sad we were booked on their wedding day, not just to photograph it, but just to attend. Dustin was an usher at my wedding a few years back and now I wanted to be there to see him tie the knot! Although I will be photographing another wedding, I will definitely be there in spirit. (I can’t wait to see pics!) I wish you two the best and cheers to many more years of friendship with you both!

Molly Parker | El Paso, Arkansas Bridals
I am so glad I didn’t have to wait very long to share these special bridals, because I could not have waited much longer. Molly is a dear friend I met in college through Alpha Tau. She was my pledge sister and my pledge buddy (PB). I think they paired us together because we were both redheads & they couldn’t have picked a better match to be my PB. First, this girl is super woman. Anything she touches turns to gold! It has been a privilege to have her by my side through our college years. And NOW, she is moving to Rwanda (in a few days). Yes, Africa! Molly planned her wedding in a month and two weeks and it was PERFECT! I am not surprised though, if anyone could’ve done it, it was going to be this girl. I am hoping to visit her later this year in her new home and go sight-seeing. We will take our cameras, don’t worry! And for Clay, her sweet groom… he has the same heart and drive as Molly & I know he is going to take great care of her! To my friends, I am excited for your new journey & I love you both! We still have wedding photos coming, but in the meantime here are Molly’s fabulous bridals!

This wedding was timeless, full of beauty and classic. We were so blessed to be able to capture this couple from start to finish. From their engagements, to Alexa’s bridals, to wedding day….we have LOVED working with these two. These two tied the knot at the Castle on Stagecoach in Little Rock on November 8th. The castle is so classic and a perfect wedding venue. Check out that DRESS! Ah I am smitten! I fell in love with her dress during her bridals. The detail in the back is just so beautiful. It was SO Alexa, in the most perfect way. We hope you enjoy this wedding as much as we did. It was one of our favorites, EVER! From the guestbook to your exit, it was all perfect! I am so thankful that Shelby was placed in my life freshman year of college through Alpha Tau. Shelby is my pledge sister and from the very start has been one of the refreshingly honest, most real people that I know. I am so happy that she found Payton, they are seriously perfect for each other! Their session in Little Rock could not have been sweeter! Shelby and Payton are currently in a long-distance relationship and I don’t know how they do it! But it seems to work well for them! We can’t wait to shoot Shelby’s bridals and their wedding next September at Alda’s Magnolia Hill in Little Rock! We love you two and are thankful for friends like y’all!

When we booked Anna Lee + Colby’s wedding I was thrilled! I love booking Alpha Tau weddings because it is like hanging out with friends all day and I get to create lasting memories for them through their photographs (and in this case their video as well). Anna and Colby tied the knot at Alda’s Magnolia Hill in Little Rock on September 20th! The venue, as always, was GORGEOUS! Miss Alda goes all out for every wedding at her venue and each time it is PERFECT! For their ceremony, Colby came in on a canoe and Anna on a horse-drawn carriage. We did their video as I mentioned earlier as well as their wedding day photography, bridals and engagements! We have sincerely enjoyed working with them over the last year. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness and lots of love! We had a blast sharing your big day with you! We hope everyone enjoys this southern wedding!

The Fowlers | Conway Family
The Fowlers are the cutest bunch ever! This session was extra special because Haley is a dear friend of mine and fellow Alpha Tau advisor. I was so excited when she asked me to take their family photos/Campbell’s one year photos. I think Crafton, Campbell’s big brother, enjoyed the session the most. He was a little ham the ENTIRE shoot! It was hilariously precious. Even the one’s of Campbell crying are adorable. Crafton has the key to Campbell’s heart and knew exactly how to put a smile back on her face when she was upset.You will see a couple of the action shots in this post where Crafton is making her laugh. They were the sweetest big brother/little sister pair I have ever seen! I have lots of love for this family!
