When Modern Map Art asked us about collaborating with them to showcase their star maps, I couldn’t be more excited! We loved taking photos of something so unique!
I ordered one with my parents anniversary date & the coordinates of the location where they got married! I can’t wait to gift this to them!

Groomsday | Gift Ideas
Many grooms struggle with ideas for their groomsmen gifts — groomsday has a really awesome collection for gift ideas and we are so excited to share this line with you all!
The cooler is such a great idea and something that your guys will continually use! Think a day on the lake, at the beach, pool, or even on a short hike. This cooler is ROOMY! We filled it almost half full with 5 bottles to test it out and look how much room is left! And the coolest part to me – it has its own bottle opener! We really loved the green color. It is also offered in navy! This is something event the ladies can enjoy!
My husband ordered this dopp kit in black – which also comes in multiple colors. It will be perfect and something he will use every time we travel. The monogramming adds a personalized touch that I think adds just a little bit of a unique factor.
To top it off the company was really great to work with, had a very fast shipping turnaround and the items truly are good quality products that will last.

Stoby’s & PattiCakes Bakery | Conway, AR
A few months ago we did a photoshoot for Stoby’s & PattiCakes in Conway! If you haven’t eaten at Stoby’s before, you are seriously missing out! The food is so flavorful and reminds me of my great-grandma’s homemade recipes. After this shoot I think I craved their food for weeks (please come to North Little Rock!)
Our friends at Kangabloo Creative connected us with the Stobaugh family to setup the shoot and they helped with the styling and organization of the shoot! Not only do they have great food and a gorgeous new building in Conway, the people and their hearts for what they do is really what makes Stoby’s amazing! I love that they incorporated things from the original building into their new space (they sadly had to rebuild after a fire caused major damage to their original building).
My favorite thing about the Stobaughs, is you can tell they hustle; and along with their staff, they are all in when it comes to serving their customers.
We are really happy with the way the final product came out – check some of their delicious food below! Now we are ready for lunch!

Anna, of Magnolia Belle Floral does such amazing work and she is a pleasure to work with; I mean that from the bottom of my heart. I always have brides asking where to go for florals and she is always on my list of recommendations! I just love her and her work!
We had such a fun day eating lunch, talking and playing with flowers a few weeks ago! Here is the aftermath of that day – gorgeous blooms that we are excited to feature on the blog on this gloomy Sunday – giving us inspiration and excitement for upcoming sunny summer days!

We are thrilled to reveal a special little project we have been working on! We wanted to bring some invites to our blog to help our brides and grooms with selecting the perfect invite! They offer almost an unlimited number of opportunities to customize their invite templates, from every little element on each invite – they are FULLY customizable! And they offer over 200 wedding invitation sets! The sets can be purchased along with save-the-dates, bridal shower invitations, thank you cards, direction cards, RSVP cards, and more!
You can find everything from save the dates to wedding invitations and enclosure cards, wedding menus, wedding programs and even matching thank you cards to finish it off!
As I was ordering samples, I was thinking to myself, gosh I wish I would have known about this three years ago when Jaison and I got married. Although the wedding ship has sailed for me, I will be placing an order through Basic Invite for holiday cards later this year! And for our brides and grooms, we want to share the love and tell you about this amazing company!
Like I said earlier, the website offers almost 100% customization for any of their invites – this amazed me. Not only could I change fonts, but the color options on their color palette were ENDLESS! There are over 160 color choices to choose from that can be used for the invite itself, the ink for the names of the couple, design elements and more. For someone who has a background in design, this was a dream come true. AND as a visual person, the option to view the customization that I added to each piece of stationery, really helped me visualize exactly what it would look like before I ordered my samples. The changes I made were available immediately, so I could preview them with just a click of a button. We love the Gold Scrolls Foil Wedding Invitation set, (this is the blue set you will see in the photos below). The gold foil accents are so beautiful and really add a little something extra to this set of stationery. We also chose the Illustrated Corner Wreath Foil Wedding Invitation, that we customized; as well as the Floral Celebration Wedding Invitation – which we loved the look of this so much already, we didn’t customize a thing for this one!
When ordering wedding invitations in large quantities, it can be scary to commit to an invitation without seeing it in person. Personally, I like to hold it, and I enjoy checking out the details from the paper all the way down to the foil stamping. Basic Invite allows you to order samples! The samples I ordered arrived promptly and were in the cutest packaging (you can see their cute folder that they package with their samples in the first photo below). There was a lot of great literature and additional samples including some of their color option samples as well as types of cardstock that is available.
Basic Invite is also just as colorful with their envelope choices as they are with their color options for their invitations! The envelopes are eye catching and thankfully, they are peel and seal; meaning that you don’t have to lick 500 envelopes! (yuck!)
