Justin + Carol | Couples Session

Justin and Carol have been married almost three years! We were so excited to take some fun shots of them Valentine’s Day weekend. I have known Justin a very long time, ten years! Makes me feel old when I think about it. I hadn’t met Carol until this session, but just by doing this photo session I feel like I have also known her forever as well. She was super fun and easy to talk to, the perfect counterpart for Justin! As you can tell these were taken in the dead of winter (and it was COLD that day) but you can see their laughter and smiles are so warm – you can’t even tell it was cold outside! And we found a new location! We can’t wait to photograph these two again!

Levi Glenn Perkins | 1 Year Old Photos

Levi Glenn Perkins is too cool and too cute! (Probably because he has some pretty cute and cool parents.) I seriously LOVE this little guy. We have loved documenting his parent’s wedding, mom’s pregnancy, 6 months photos and now his 1 year photos! (And his mom’s real estate headshots). Zimmerman Studio | Conway Florals + Events

We are so excited to share these images! These were taken for Zimmerman florals & events in Conwayn (formerly Southern Tradition). We were thrilled when Jessica and Kellie asked us to come hang out and create some fun photographs! I was totally in my element, if I could just photograph pretty florals everyday I would be in Heaven! Bouquet and detail shots at weddings are some of my favorites type of shots, so naturally this was right up my alley. Jaison enjoyed hanging out with the girls too, in this industry he is way outnumbered by women, haha! He never minds though. We loved working with these women and if you need some floral work done, these sweet professionals know their stuff! We loved doing something a little different for a change!

Kayla + Bo | Little Rock Wedding

This wedding was many firsts for us! Our first wedding to have a groomsWOMAN, our first wedding on my birthday (I am sure there will be many more), our first wine box ceremony, our first exit with fake snow, our first wedding with an ice sculpture and our first market place catered wedding (which was DELICIOUS)!! This was such a fun time. We love Kayla and Bo and have loved capturing every second of their journey. From Engagement photos…where her engagement ring fell in the river (yep, you heard that right)….we got it back. Thank God! To her gorgeous bridals, to the wedding day…everything was perfect. Loved the idea of saving the newspapers from the wedding day – so unique! We hope you love this winter wonderland wedding! I couldn’t have spent my birthday with better people, happy to share my day with y’all from now on. ps: I will always remember your anniversary 😉

North Little Rock Football 2014

I am a bit late in posting these photos and for that I apologize. I have to start by saying thank you to the NLR Times for letting me cover all of the NLR Football games!! These past two seasons have been an awesome experience, not only in becoming a better sports photographer but meeting so many wonderful people! It has been an honor to get to work so closely with a program I was once a part of. Coach Bolding and all the other assistants are doing amazing things with this program!! Matt Brown | North Little Rock Senior

Matt is the younger brother of our dear friend Allie. When Allie called us about doing Matt’s senior pictures we were thrilled! Matt is a senior at NLR! Go Wildcats! (Jaison and I both graduated from NLRHS as well.) We shot these at a private gun club that Matt is a part of in North Little Rock. The location was beautiful with the river in the background, right before sunset. We hope you enjoy this unique session! You will be seeing more of Matt when we shoot part II of his senior session at the high school. As well as next October when we blog Allie’s wedding! Kasey + Brent | Sherwood, AR Engagement

Kasey and I met many years ago when I was in middle school and she was just starting high school. It is amazing to see where she is today with her sweet family. I am so thankful when old friends look to us for their wedding photography needs! It is such an amazing feeling! Braylon, their son played big role in their engagement pictures too. I was so glad that they included him! If he wasn’t having his picture made, he was making us laugh and providing comic relief. These two will tie the knot at LOFT 1023 on New Year’s Eve! McKenzie is back on the blog! This is the second time we have been able to shoot her pics and each time she amazes me.

Casey, Crystal & Emma | Family Session

Crystal, Casey and Emma are AMAZING! It was so hard to choose my favorites for their blog post because they looked so happy in all of them! Crystal was my “big sis” on dance team in high school (in our North Pulaski Falcon days). I am so thankful that dance team brought us together and I am lucky to call her my friend. I hadn’t seen her in a couple of years but it was like picking up right where we left off. Those are the best types of friendships! Meeting Emma was awesome too, isn’t she adorable?! I love the lighting during this session, it was right before sunset by the river.

Richard + Allie | Engagements

Allie and I went to high school at North Little Rock & we also went to UCA together! I met with her and her mom a few months back about doing her & Richard’s wedding and I was pumped! And I got to find out her mom is a fellow Alpha Tau! They chose Two River’s Park for their engagements & as always this location NEVER disappoints! We loved their laid back personalities and sweet spirits! Although pictures aren’t Richard’s favorite thing to do, he did AWESOME!! 😉 We can not wait to shoot her bridals and their wedding day! Jacob & Rebecca | Engagement

Rebecca has been my good friend since freshman year when we pledged Alpha Tau together. She has always been one of my sweetest dearest friends from college. Jacob and her have been together a long time and I often ask her when is Jacob going to propose?!? When he did my heart was so happy for the both of them! When she e-mailed me about shooting her wedding I was SO SO EXCITED! I can’t believe how perfect these engagements turned out. We have shot one other engagement session here and Rebecca loved the location so we made a short trip to Little Rock.
