Currie and Josiah | DeWitt, AR Wedding

Currie and Josiah tied the knot of July 26, 2014! We were so so happy to shoot their wedding! This was a wedding where we did photo + video for the couple! We had an awesome team working with us that day, and we were able to capture so many of their special moments. Although I knew Currie from being in Alpha Tau, I loved getting to know her even better throughout her wedding process from engagements to bridals to wedding day! Currie is truly a Southern Belle and I loved working with her and Josiah! Josiah is such a nice guy and it is obvious he and Currie are meant to be! My favorite picture of them all is the one of Josiah with a huge smile on his face after he kisses Currie Jane during the ceremony! SO SWEET! We hope to work with you two again in the future!

Shelby + Payton | Little Rock Engagement

I am so thankful that Shelby was placed in my life freshman year of college through Alpha Tau. Shelby is my pledge sister and from the very start has been one of the refreshingly honest, most real people that I know. I am so happy that she found Payton, they are seriously perfect for each other! Their session in Little Rock could not have been sweeter! Shelby and Payton are currently in a long-distance relationship and I don’t know how they do it! But it seems to work well for them! We can’t wait to shoot Shelby’s bridals and their wedding next September at Alda’s Magnolia Hill in Little Rock! We love you two and are thankful for friends like y’all!

The Fowlers | Conway Family

The Fowlers are the cutest bunch ever! This session was extra special because Haley is a dear friend of mine and fellow Alpha Tau advisor. I was so excited when she asked me to take their family photos/Campbell’s one year photos. I think Crafton, Campbell’s big brother, enjoyed the session the most. He was a little ham the ENTIRE shoot! It was hilariously precious. Even the one’s of Campbell crying are adorable. Crafton has the key to Campbell’s heart and knew exactly how to put a smile back on her face when she was upset.You will see a couple of the action shots in this post where Crafton is making her laugh. They were the sweetest big brother/little sister pair I have ever seen! I have lots of love for this family!

Alexa Adams Williams | Bridals

Now that Alexa and Taylor are married we can share her bridals!!! I know I say this 24/7 but I love these!! I truly think these are some of our best work. Alexa was so laid back during her bridals and that made it super easy to work with her. Her and Taylor were married on November 8th at the Castle on Stagecoach and everything about their day was PERFECT! We love love love YOU, Alexa! So glad that UCA and Alpha Tau brought you into my life.

Cody + Ashliegh | Engagements

Wow!

That is all I have to say about this session is, WOW! We first photographed Ashliegh and Cody when Cody proposed in Conway and I was blown away with that session, then came this one. They were SO easy to work with and so comfortable & it shows! I also love when our clients become friends. Since this shoot we had a little double date and then Cody was our model for Jaison’s clown/Halloween shoot (it was not as pretty as these haha) but Cody did an awesome job! It always is so flattering when other photographers ask us to take their photos. Ashliegh is a photographer herself. We were blown away when she asked us to do their wedding photography! We hope you enjoy this engagement session as much as we do, Jaison and I are obsessed!

The Glovers | Arkansas Family

I met Carrie through her sister Amy, who is a good friend of mine. Amy’s little girl, Abi, was our flower girl in our wedding! This was the third time we got to photograph Will and each session I swear he gets cuter and cuter. This year, he has grown so much!! We loved that he was sporting his cowboy Halloween costume, he looked like a little man! Will’s favorite part of the session was when Jaison and his dad Jason threw leaves around him. Those made for some of the sweetest photos ever. Enjoy!

ps: AND I got to use our chevron chair prop which was exciting to have someone just the right size to fit in it!

Casey, Crystal & Emma | Family Session

Crystal, Casey and Emma are AMAZING! It was so hard to choose my favorites for their blog post because they looked so happy in all of them! Crystal was my “big sis” on dance team in high school (in our North Pulaski Falcon days). I am so thankful that dance team brought us together and I am lucky to call her my friend. I hadn’t seen her in a couple of years but it was like picking up right where we left off. Those are the best types of friendships! Meeting Emma was awesome too, isn’t she adorable?! I love the lighting during this session, it was right before sunset by the river.

Caleb + Kelsey | Central Arkansas Couple

I have known both Kelsey and Caleb 10 years! It seems like we have been friends forever though! We went on church trips together and cheered on the North Pulaski Falcons together in high school. Kelsey switched to North Little Rock High School first and I soon followed my eleventh grade year. Kelsey has been one of my best friends ever since. I was heartbroken when she and I went to separate colleges, but I am thankful that we have stayed in touch and that she was able to stand beside me on my wedding day in 2013. I have never seen Kelsey happier than she is with Caleb. Kels and I have spent many hours laughing and crying together and I am happy to know that Caleb is now her best friend. I couldn’t have picked a better guy for her. Naturally, when Kelsey asked me to take her pictures I could not have been happier. She has an uncle who is awesome photographer and I couldn’t believe she asked me! I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them. This girl means the world to me & Caleb, you aren’t so bad! 😉 Lots of love for these two!

Jenna & James | Little Rock Engagement

From the moment I met Jenna and James at Starbucks for their consultation I knew I would just love them! They are both nurses and naturally so down-to-earth, easy going and just overall precious! Their session at Two Rivers Park in Little Rock has been one of my favorites. After I suggested the location they were on board, especially since James proposed there! The weather was perfect after a week of rain prior. (Can we get back to that weather ASAP please?) They had the BEST idea to bring a pop-up tent to change clothes in. As a result we are now going to buy one for future sessions! We can not wait for their wedding in September! We hope you enjoy this sweet couple, we sure enjoyed taking these!
