When Modern Map Art asked us about collaborating with them to showcase their star maps, I couldn’t be more excited! We loved taking photos of something so unique!
I ordered one with my parents anniversary date & the coordinates of the location where they got married! I can’t wait to gift this to them!
These make the perfect gift for friends and family. These also make great anniversary or birthday presents! The perfect way to preserve meaningful dates!
You can gift them to them in their original packaging and let them pick a frame that matches their home decor, or you can get it framed! I plan to get this one framed before I gift it to them. I know they are going to love having this in their home – so unique and meaningful!
And it was so easy to order! I just picked the color, size, the font, date and coordinates and then they give you a proof, and the order was complete! So easy! Check them below:

Tracie & Nathan’s day was one I will never forget. It was windy, I mean, REALLY windy – but despite the wind, it was beautiful and perfect. At the end of the day – they are just as married as a couple that gets married with perfect weather. I think sometimes we get so wrapped up in everything being perfect or not going the way we thought it would – you lose sight of what really matters; but they stayed calm and relaxed the entire time.
I think the weather was the perfect metaphor for the start of a marriage. You think you have all of these plans and many of them will happen just the way you hope; but life does throw curveballs sometimes and you just have to go with the flow when these unexpected moments change your course. Tracie and Nathan did just that – went with the flow and chose to be happy even with the crazy weather! After-all, they had an amazing team behind the scenes working to keep everything running smoothly; Andrea Goodwin and Anne-Claire worked their magic to make sure everything was taken care of! So thankful for this team!

A few months ago we did a photoshoot for Stoby’s & PattiCakes in Conway! If you haven’t eaten at Stoby’s before, you are seriously missing out! The food is so flavorful and reminds me of my great-grandma’s homemade recipes. After this shoot I think I craved their food for weeks (please come to North Little Rock!)
Our friends at Kangabloo Creative connected us with the Stobaugh family to setup the shoot and they helped with the styling and organization of the shoot! Not only do they have great food and a gorgeous new building in Conway, the people and their hearts for what they do is really what makes Stoby’s amazing! I love that they incorporated things from the original building into their new space (they sadly had to rebuild after a fire caused major damage to their original building).
My favorite thing about the Stobaughs, is you can tell they hustle; and along with their staff, they are all in when it comes to serving their customers.
We are really happy with the way the final product came out – check some of their delicious food below! Now we are ready for lunch!

When Tracie approached us about photographing her wedding, I knew she would be such a fun bride to work with. Tracie and I have been friends almost six years, we met when she joined Alpha Tau at UCA- in January of 2012. Since then, Tracie has become one of the most genuine and energetic people I know. Loving animals like I do, we automatically became friends. With her love for animals, we HAD to sneak in a few bridal portraits with the venue owner’s cats – so hilarious! (See below)!
Anne-Claire Allen Planning & Design made all of her wedding dreams come true. The venue, Goodwin Manor was the perfect setting for her bridals and wedding day – I love this venue & the owners so much. There is just not any venue in Arkansas that looks like this one — it is GORGEOUS! Chanda Price made Tracie look flawless with beautiful hair and makeup. Wedding photos coming soon, but for now, cheers to this fabulous bride & her fall bridal session!

As primarily a wedding photographer, newborns are such a sweet change of pace for us. & Luke was the most perfect little subject! These were extra special because a few weeks before, I did his mom’s maternity session! I am so glad Ryane and Layne let me photograph their little guy! How cute are his outfits?! I see a lot more newborn sessions in my future! <3

It is not everyday that your best friend gives birth – and not everyday that she asks you to photograph it. I thought photographing her wedding was something special (and it totally was) but THIS was something more. Being there with her and Kyle as she delivered Kaden; it was life changing. I went home in a fog for the rest of the day. Thinking to myself, ‘I watched a BIRTH today’ — what did you do?! It was by far the coolest thing I have ever witnessed; and that is saying a lot coming from the girl who was terrified of birth and anything involving pregnancy for the entire 26 years of my life. But on St. Patrick’s day that all changed. And since then I am saying “give me all the birth stories”! I think I could photograph a birth story everyday from here on out and not get burnt out. These photos captured the biggest moment in Abbey and Kyle’s life and it was an honor to be able to preserve these memories for them. Love you all, my favorite little family of three. Hugs!
PS- Of course, I left out a few of fully naked baby Kaden because as his protective Aunt Callie, I don’t want those floating around on the internet for strangers! 😉
