In my top ten favorite engagement sessions in the history of Sterling Imageworks Photography, we have this cotton themed engagement session. This was my first time photographing anyone in a cotton field and I will say, I want to do it again next year. Why can’t cotton be in bloom year-round?! And Samantha and Matthew were so awesome to work with! We laughed the entire time!

The location was in Pickens, Arkansas at the R.A. Pickens and Son Plantation. After I found out about this location, it started popping up all over my Facebook and in online photography groups that I am a member of. Seeing it in person was amazing, a perfect display of the beauty that Arkansas has to offer. We can’t wait to photograph their wedding next year!
