We are so excited to bring this beautiful Cold Springs wedding to the blog today! Sydney and Matt were a blast & anyone who serves ‘breakfast for dinner’ as their wedding reception food – is awesome in our book! We LOVED that they hung huge canvases up from their engagement session in the entryway to the reception – so fun and it was the first time we have seen canvases that big!

Now lets talk about her florals – Tanarah always does an amazing job but we really loved her use of succulents in the bouquets; one of our favorite little details of the day! We have had more and more high school sweethearts lately and I think that is so sweet! Hannah and Craig have been dating since high school and this winter they will tie the knot officially! Katie Gipson Eagle | Little Rock, AR Bridals

Katie was the sweetest bride! She is in my bunco group and although we knew one another before she booked us for photography, we have became even closer friends throughout her wedding experience and I am so thankful to call her a friend!

 She fully trusted me throughout the whole process, which I am so grateful for and appreciated more than she knows. She was always telling me how much she loved her photos, which was the best feeling <3

She and Brad had a beautiful wedding just a little over a week ago and it was perfect and so beautiful! We had the best time hanging out with them and their friends all day.

Something unique about Katie’s wedding – she had TWO dresses! They were BOTH so beautiful! I don’t know which one I like better so here is a little preview of them both! <3 Love love love! Can’t wait to show off her wedding photos soon!

Chani + Seth | North Little Rock, AR Engagements

We are slowly but surely getting into wedding season and this week we got to photograph such a fun session! I went to college with Chani; when she joined my sorority, Alpha Tau, she quickly became one of my favorites! (and she is a fellow redhead; so that automatically made me love her even more)! And we have recently gotten to know Seth and we think these two are perfect for one another, they are both so sweet and you can tell he is just smitten with Chani!

& When Chani mentioned that she and Seth wanted to bring their sweet fur-baby, Pumpkin to the shoot, I of course was on cloud nine. Seriously in love with this little pup!  We had so much great time hanging out with these two and we are honored to photograph their wedding this July in Northwest Arkansas. For now, these should tide you over until we can share their wedding photos later this year! <3

Taylor and Barrett are parents to one adorable little girl, little Lyla. We loved doing a lifestyle newborn session for them a few months ago! We have done many newborn sessions in the past but we realized we haven’t really blogged any! & that is something we are going to change! As animal lovers, we were over the moon that they wanted to include their fourth family member in some of these – their sweet pup, Boo. & We completely fell in love with this little family even more while taking these pictures. We have gotten to work with Taylor through the bridal fair for several years now, but we loved getting to hang out with her whole family this time. Mary + Chase | Little Rock, AR Engagements

I had the privilege of photographing engagements for Mary and Chase last week and y’all –  it was the windiest session I can ever recall doing. BUT, despite the crazy wind – I am so in love with these! There were large periods of time where we just huddled together and had to wait it out – not even kidding. They both were patient, so understanding, and we stuck it out and I am so glad we did; because I think we got some amazing shots!

I genuinely enjoyed catching up with Mary. I hadn’t seen her since we graduated from UCA and I loved getting to see her & finally meet Chase! These are moments that I am so glad that Jaison and I chose UCA as our university. No matter how long you go without seeing other UCA Alum. – it is always so easy to pick right back up where you left off.

And last but not least – can we talk about her cute outfits?! I love the green dress sh chose, it was such a good complimentary color for her skin tone and hair! AND, she is just DARLING overall and has such a beautiful smile! Basically, I just think Mary is adorable!  And I know the wind was not in her favor but that hair is still so so gorgeous! I am over the moon excited to share these and I can’t wait until their wedding later this year – I know it will be such a fun time working with these two along the way!

This family completely has my heart. Anna and I became friends through the wedding industry and we haven’t looked back since. She has a heart of gold. Sometimes you just find people that automatically become ‘your person’ and she is one of those people for me. I feel like we have been friends forever. I couldn’t imagine life without this girl and taking her family photos was such a fun shoot! Her and Caleb seriously have the kiddo! Amanda + Zac | North Little Rock, AR Engagements

Amanda and I go way back – but we just didn’t really get the chance to know one another until Jaison and I became her and Zac’s wedding photographers! My dad and Amanda’s uncle have been in the same circle of best friends since high school. I have always grown up with Greg and my dad being friends – and apparently Amanda and I played together a few times when we were little, we just didn’t remember it. Since we have reunited – I can’t tell you how precious I think she is. So sweet and kind, I just love her! I am so glad that we get to experience this journey with her, capturing such special moments for her and Zac. These two are awesome – and I love Zac’s cool socks! 😉

Although it rained on us at the end – I would say this session was still amazing and so much fun! Cheers! We can’t wait to get to know you two even better over the next several months!

This month we found ourselves in Memphis photographing this gorgeous couple. The Memphis Botanic Gardens gave us a perfectly green backdrop for their stunning session. We laughed together and learned about Lizzy and Matt and their time spent at UT. Turns out they both grew up in Memphis, attended UT in Knoxville, & then met after college (despite attending the same college at the same time). It was the best day!

We could shoot at the gardens every single day and not get bored. Congrats you two – we will see you next year on your BIG DAY!

When Brighton booked her senior session we were SO flattered – this girl and her sweet mom drove 6 hours from Oklahoma to have us take them! We couldn’t believe that she wanted to use us so badly, but we couldn’t be more thankful! A huge thank you to both D1 in Little Rock and the Sherwood Sports Complex for letting us use their facilities. We couldn’t have done this shoot without both of them being so kind to us!
