Molly Parker | El Paso, Arkansas Bridals
I am so glad I didn’t have to wait very long to share these special bridals, because I could not have waited much longer. Molly is a dear friend I met in college through Alpha Tau. She was my pledge sister and my pledge buddy (PB). I think they paired us together because we were both redheads & they couldn’t have picked a better match to be my PB. First, this girl is super woman. Anything she touches turns to gold! It has been a privilege to have her by my side through our college years. And NOW, she is moving to Rwanda (in a few days). Yes, Africa! Molly planned her wedding in a month and two weeks and it was PERFECT! I am not surprised though, if anyone could’ve done it, it was going to be this girl. I am hoping to visit her later this year in her new home and go sight-seeing. We will take our cameras, don’t worry! And for Clay, her sweet groom… he has the same heart and drive as Molly & I know he is going to take great care of her! To my friends, I am excited for your new journey & I love you both! We still have wedding photos coming, but in the meantime here are Molly’s fabulous bridals!

Lauren & Connor | Engagements
These two are precious in plaid! (Tried to be catchy there, ha!) Seriously though, Lauren and Connor are the sweetest! And oh so cute! I have loved working with them. I shot these while they are visiting for the holidays from Nashville, TN. I am so happy with how these turned out and hope you love as well!

Katie Chapman | Central Arkansas Christian Senior
We were thrilled to meet Katie at her senior session! Unfortunately we were rained out several times and had to reschedule! When we did meet her though, God outdid himself and the weather was beautiful! Chilly, but beautiful! We loved working with her and her Michael Kors accessories (me especially, haha)! She rocked her session and as a result looked phenomenal! Enjoy this precious girl’s shoot! (Her mom was also super sweet and so complimentary of us, I can’t thank her enough for making my day!)

Abbey + Kyle | Little Rock Mini Session
We got to include our best friends in our mini session day this year! Although we shot Abbey’s sister’s wedding, Abbey and Kyle have never had a session with just the two of them before. Luckily, we had an extra opening in our schedule the day so we did mini sessions so decided this would be our Christmas present to our sweet friends! They brought their pups, Trooper and Benny! Preston | North Little Rock Senior
We met Preston when he helped us move from Conway to North Little Rock! We were SO thankful for his help! He is super friendly and we were thrilled to take his photos when he asked! The Rice Family | Little Rock Holiday Mini Session
We met Terri and Johnny and their kiddos through NLR basketball when Jay started taking basketball photos for the local newspaper, NLR Times. Coach Rice has been so great to Jaison. I know sports photography is Jaison’s favorite and we have has amazing support from the NLR high school staff and parents of the players. We are so glad we have had the opportunity to work with the basketball team and now taking The Rice’s family photos this holiday season. His wife, Terri is just as sweet and down-to-earth as she can be! We loved hanging out with their family during their mini session! They’re a super cute family! Enjoy!
The Wood Family | Little Rock Mini Session
I am thankful that I met Catherine through the UCA Young Alumni Association Board! Her little family is so so cute aren’t they?! Little Natalie smiled like a champ, even though I was certain we would be blown away by the crazy wind! There is only one word to describe this session, PRECIOUS! It was so hard to choose my favorites for this blog post, Natalie looked so sweet in all of them! Enjoy!

Sam + Kyla | Miss White River Pageant Winners
This was the best shoot! It was chilly, but when you’re photographing two literal BEAUTY queens, your photos are destined to be beautiful. Sam is one of my sweet sorority sisters and also the winner of Miss White River. Kyla, was the winner of the Miss White River Teen Pageant. I was thrilled when Sam asked me to do their fun Christmas shoot! These two were so fun and very easy to work with. These girls are truly the entire package! The Taylors | Little Rock Family Session
I was so excited to photograph this family! Courtney is one of my sorority sisters and she also used to work for me when I managed the salon. I have met very few people as precious as Courtney, then I met her whole family and loved them too. They were so hilarious, loving and just plain cute! Jason and Gage look like clones of one another and Courtney and her mom, Amy are without a doubt mother and daughter. I loved sharing laughs with this crew! Be sure to check out their silly Christmas card picture, it is one of my favorites of the day!

Karen + Matt | Little Rock Maternity Session
Karen is one of my dearest friends and when she asked me to take her maternity photos with her husband Matt, I was so excited! I have loved seeing their relationship evolve since I first saw the pictures on Facebook of Matt proposing. First let me say, it was FREEZING that day but Karen and Matt posed like professionals! They were up for any idea I had, even if that meant laying Karen on top of the picnic table. Which in my opinion was pretty impressive since she is pregnant! They don’t even look the slightest bit cold in the photos. I can’t wait to continue watching this family grow and I am excited to meet Miss Liken Bowers! I know she will be beautiful just like her mom.

Kasey + Brent | Sherwood, AR Engagement
Kasey and I met many years ago when I was in middle school and she was just starting high school. It is amazing to see where she is today with her sweet family. I am so thankful when old friends look to us for their wedding photography needs! It is such an amazing feeling! Braylon, their son played big role in their engagement pictures too. I was so glad that they included him! If he wasn’t having his picture made, he was making us laugh and providing comic relief. These two will tie the knot at LOFT 1023 on New Year’s Eve! We cannot wait to shoot this wintery wedding!

That is all I have to say about this session is, WOW! We first photographed Ashliegh and Cody when Cody proposed in Conway and I was blown away with that session, then came this one. They were SO easy to work with and so comfortable & it shows! I also love when our clients become friends. Since this shoot we had a little double date and then Cody was our model for Jaison’s clown/Halloween shoot (it was not as pretty as these haha) but Cody did an awesome job! It always is so flattering when other photographers ask us to take their photos. Ashliegh is a photographer herself. We were blown away when she asked us to do their wedding photography! We hope you enjoy this engagement session as much as we do, Jaison and I are obsessed!

Carolyn Drummond Vahjen | Bridals

Caleb + Kelsey | Central Arkansas Couple
I have known both Kelsey and Caleb 10 years! It seems like we have been friends forever though! We went on church trips together and cheered on the North Pulaski Falcons together in high school. Kelsey switched to North Little Rock High School first and I soon followed my eleventh grade year. Kelsey has been one of my best friends ever since. I was heartbroken when she and I went to separate colleges, but I am thankful that we have stayed in touch and that she was able to stand beside me on my wedding day in 2013. I have never seen Kelsey happier than she is with Caleb. Kels and I have spent many hours laughing and crying together and I am happy to know that Caleb is now her best friend. I couldn’t have picked a better guy for her. Naturally, when Kelsey asked me to take her pictures I could not have been happier. She has an uncle who is awesome photographer and I couldn’t believe she asked me! I hope you enjoy these photos as much as I enjoyed taking them.
