Skylar & Blake Engagements
We spent Thanksgiving with Edalia and Andrie just a few short months ago; as they celebrated their wedding day overlooking Pinnacle Mountain at Enchanting Evening. It was a beautiful day with an awesome reception!
We met them for the first time at their engagement session, and we knew from the moment we started their engagement session, that their wedding would be amazing! Edalia’s red dress was such a perfect choice since it was fall and the trees were changing into a beautiful bright red color. Check out their sweet city session below!

Mary Kate and Colton chose Little Rock as the backdrop for their engagements – and it couldn’t have been a more perfect setting for this fashionista! Mary Kate is a fashion blogger! How fun right?! And I found out that Colton is usually her photographer! So they’re very familiar with how photoshoots go! I don’t need to say this but they were NATURALS! So comfortable in front of the camera and so sweet and intentional with their interaction with one another. They took all of my ideas and just ran with them – bringing each pose to life perfectly in their own unique way! And lets just talk about that sunset – no exaggeration – it is the prettiest one I have photographed at the end of an engagement session. We can’t wait to hang out wit them more!

Charissa and Jody have the cutest little family! They wanted to incorporate their little girl in some of their engagement photos and she was a …

WOW! That is the first thing I have to say about this session. Kassi and Matt are to die for! We actually did this session on two different days in two parts because the first attempt we got caught in the middle of a rainstorm! What are the odds?! This was the first time this has happened to us in six years and it was kind of crazy! So the first part that you will see in the post is from part one and then the remaining two outfits are part two! We managed to snap a few amazing shots before the rain came in on day one and those shots are some of my favorites from all of their photos. The greenery is so vivid and pops right off the screen. We are so happy to be working with these two – they’re so genuine and fun! Can’t wait for Kassi’s bridals this fall and their sweet wedding next April! We love you two already!
We couldn’t be happier to share these city engagement photos! These images are some of my favorites we have taken lately. I love the way that fuchsia dress pops with the greenery in the background – GORGEOUS! And Katelyn’s long flowing hair is amazing! These two compliment each other so well. They have a masquerade mask because they are doing a masquerade theme for their October 31st wedding! LOVE LOVE LOVE!
So, we started off on the Junction Bridge and is was super windy, but it actually made for a nice natural blow with Katelyn’s hair. Then we made our way around Little Rock.
These two will tie the knot at the same place Jaison and I did almost two years ago, The Marriott  in Little Rock (formerly The Peabody). You can see it in a few shots actually! We had so much fun with you two!
Can’t wait for October!

Sydney and Evan are the perfect pair! They’re so silly and so in love, they really balance one another out so so well. Their engagement session was perfect. Everything about it. First, they’re adorable. Downtown was thriving this Sunday afternoon and we even got to snag a couple photos in front of this Volkswagen bus (which made me so happy)! It was pretty amazing! We hope you enjoy this session because we had the best time shooting it. & We can not wait to shoot their wedding this October.
Lots of love,
Callie
p.s. swooooning over her cute outfits!
Paula and Andy are just the coolest couple. I love being around them! From hearing the story on how they started dating to them getting engaged – I just think they’re such neat people! When I met with them the first time I was shocked to hear that Paula knew my childhood friend, Cassie. We were close friends in Virginia, when we both lived there because we were military brats. However, Cassie is from Arizona originally and Paula and her went to college together in AZ. Â SUCH A SMALL WORLD! It made me feel just a little closer to Cassie when taking Paula’s engagements, which was such an awesome feeling!
These two are going to have amazingly beautiful tall babies (ha, I may be jumping the gun a little) but seriously I love this couple’s height. Something Jaison and I do not possess, haha.
I can’t wait for this wedding – I know it will be wonderful! I just love Paula & Andy so much already, we can’t wait to get to know you even better!
p.s. the snow was just the right touch!

One of our favorite engagement sessions of all time! Kerry & Maddie are so photogenic and were the easiest to work with! Before all this rain hit we were so fortunate to have a beautiful sunny day with gorgeous blue skies! We can’t wait to shoot your wedding next month in April! Ah, to always be this lucky!
Lots of love,
We have been dying to share this session! Thank God for the snow days so we can catch up on blogging and share this sweet love with you. Lauren & Cody will tie the knot at the Castle on Stagecoach this June. We thought it would be special to photograph their engagements here as well as their wedding day photos. This redheaded sweetheart and her beau are the cutest couple! We hope you enjoy this as much as we did. Huge thanks to Walter at the Castle for letting us use the property for this session! Lots of love!

I am so thankful to have met Kayla and Josh through SOS (Student Orientation Staff) at UCA. They are two peas in a pod. They’re just so cool to be around and so full of energy! Their shoot down by the Arkansas River could not have been more original. They brought their hammocks, Greek Shirts and SOS shirts because they wanted their shoot to be completely unique and personalized, and it truly was one of a kind. Their hammock shots are some of my favorite photographs that we have ever taken. To top off the day Kayla and Josh knew how cool we thought their hammocks were that they later surprised us with one of our own. Now Jaison and I have a new favorite past-time. We are so bummed that we will be crusin’ (to Jamaica) during their wedding but luckily they have some awesome photographers shooting their big day, who happen to be some of our dearest friends, Kayla and Chris of KB McElmurry. We are so happy for Josh and Kayla and wish these two all the best in their marriage! We love you guys!
