Justin + Carol | Couples Session
Justin and Carol have been married almost three years! We were so excited to take some fun shots of them Valentine’s Day weekend. I have known Justin a very long time, ten years! Makes me feel old when I think about it. I hadn’t met Carol until this session, but just by doing this photo session I feel like I have also known her forever as well. She was super fun and easy to talk to, the perfect counterpart for Justin! As you can tell these were taken in the dead of winter (and it was COLD that day) but you can see their laughter and smiles are so warm – you can’t even tell it was cold outside! And we found a new location! We can’t wait to photograph these two again!

Levi Glenn Perkins | 1 Year Old Photos
Levi Glenn Perkins is too cool and too cute! (Probably because he has some pretty cute and cool parents.) I seriously LOVE this little guy. We have loved documenting his parent’s wedding, mom’s pregnancy, 6 months photos and now his 1 year photos! (And his mom’s real estate headshots). I sincerely am looking forward to capturing Levi’s big life moments for years to come! Love you little guy!

Abbey + Kyle | Little Rock Mini Session
We got to include our best friends in our mini session day this year! Although we shot Abbey’s sister’s wedding, Abbey and Kyle have never had a session with just the two of them before. Luckily, we had an extra opening in our schedule the day so we did mini sessions so decided this would be our Christmas present to our sweet friends! They brought their pups, Trooper and Benny! Vandiver & Watson Family | Little Rock Family Session
We love photographing the Watsons and Vandivers! We did Erica and Chase’s weddings a year and a half ago and since then we have done two more shoots! We love how much Goose, (their dog) has grown since our last session a year ago! This year’s session was much much warmer than last! Tim & Lesa, we love y’all too, of course! Little Lucy is as cute as ever!

Healey/Schott Family | Little Rock Session
This family session has been in the works for several months! Virgeen and I have been talking about how we could convince her boys to take some photos and I am SO glad she finally won them over! They were all so much fun to hang out with the Saturday after Thanksgiving! They have a little bit of a rivalry going in their family between the Hogs and Mizzou as you will see in the photos! It poured a little salt in the wound to take these photos the day after we lost to Mizzou (just kidding, it was all in good fun!) I am so thankful we got to do this session! I hope her boys aren’t too mad at me for posting the sweet photo of them kissing their mom, it was just too sweet not to share!

The Henry Family | Conway, AR
Oh my gosh! This family is SOOO stinking’ cute! I can’t even contain it! Ha! I shot this sweet family session at Hendrix last week and it was so amazing! The weather at first glance was super nasty and felt like it could rain at any minute but it ended up being perfect for lighting. There were no bad shadows and no harsh light in anyone’s face. I did a mixture of a Christmas family session + Anna Kate’s 6 months photos! I finally got to use my cute cupcake and lollypop props! Enjoy this precious session!
p.s. – Little Cooper, thank you for being my assistant for the day and telling your mom how to stand/pose! He was the biggest help I could’ve ever asked for (and such a cutie!) Check out his funny faces, we had fun!

The Wood Family | Little Rock Mini Session
I am thankful that I met Catherine through the UCA Young Alumni Association Board! Her little family is so so cute aren’t they?! Little Natalie smiled like a champ, even though IÂ was certain we would be blown away by the crazy wind! There is only one word to describe this session, PRECIOUS! It was so hard to choose my favorites for this blog post, Natalie looked so sweet in all of them! Enjoy!

The Taylors | Little Rock Family Session
I was so excited to photograph this family! Courtney is one of my sorority sisters and she also used to work for me when I managed the salon. I have met very few people as precious as Courtney, then I met her whole family and loved them too. They were so hilarious, loving and just plain cute! Jason and Gage look like clones of one another and Courtney and her mom, Amy are without a doubt mother and daughter. I loved sharing laughs with this crew! Be sure to check out their silly Christmas card picture, it is one of my favorites of the day!

Tony, Amy & Abi | Little Rock Family Session
I met Amy several years ago while working at the salon and I am so thankful that God placed her in my life. She has been such a mentor and friend to me inside and outside of work! We love taking their family photos and this year Abi had the prettiest dress! Abi has grown so much since she was the flower girl in our wedding a year and a half ago, it is amazing how time flies! She gets prettier and prettier with age. I enjoyed dropping off their photos at their house tonight and playing school with Abi, she is a hoot! And they even brought Allie, their sweet pup!

The Fowlers | Conway Family
The Fowlers are the cutest bunch ever! This session was extra special because Haley is a dear friend of mine and fellow Alpha Tau advisor. I was so excited when she asked me to take their family photos/Campbell’s one year photos. I think Crafton, Campbell’s big brother, enjoyed the session the most. He was a little ham the ENTIRE shoot! It was hilariously precious. Even the one’s of Campbell crying are adorable. Crafton has the key to Campbell’s heart and knew exactly how to put a smile back on her face when she was upset.You will see a couple of the action shots in this post where Crafton is making her laugh. They were the sweetest big brother/little sister pair I have ever seen! I have lots of love for this family!
