These two are precious in plaid! (Tried to be catchy there, ha!) Seriously though, Lauren and Connor are the sweetest! And oh so cute! I have loved working with them. I shot these while they are visiting for the holidays from Nashville, TN. I am so happy with how these turned out and hope you love as well!

We were thrilled to meet Katie at her senior session! Unfortunately we were rained out several times and had to reschedule! When we did meet her though, God outdid himself and the weather was beautiful! Chilly, but beautiful! We loved working with her and her Michael Kors accessories (me especially, haha)! She rocked her session and as a result looked phenomenal! Enjoy this precious girl’s shoot! (Her mom was also super sweet and so complimentary of us, I can’t thank her enough for making my day!)

We got to include our best friends in our mini session day this year! Although we shot Abbey’s sister’s wedding, Abbey and Kyle have never had a session with just the two of them before. Luckily, we had an extra opening in our schedule the day so we did mini sessions so decided this would be our Christmas present to our sweet friends! They brought their pups, Trooper and Benny! Love how these turned out! Enjoy

We love photographing the Watsons and Vandivers! We did Erica and Chase’s weddings a year and a half ago and since then we have done two more shoots! We love how much Goose, (their dog) has grown since our last session a year ago! This year’s session was much much warmer than last! Tim & Lesa, we love y’all too, of course! Little Lucy is as cute as ever!

This family session has been in the works for several months! Virgeen and I have been talking about how we could convince her boys to take some photos and I am SO glad she finally won them over! They were all so much fun to hang out with the Saturday after Thanksgiving! They have a little bit of a rivalry going in their family between the Hogs and Mizzou as you will see in the photos! It poured a little salt in the wound to take these photos the day after we lost to Mizzou (just kidding, it was all in good fun!) I am so thankful we got to do this session! I hope her boys aren’t too mad at me for posting the sweet photo of them kissing their mom, it was just too sweet not to share!

Tucker popped the questions on November 29th at the Capital Hotel in Little Rock. We were hidden away waiting to jump out with our cameras at any minute. He brought her upstairs to a bench by the Christmas tree to open her birthday gift, after a romantic dinner downstairs in the hotel restaurant. It was super exciting to capture one of the most important moments of their lives! Lillian had no idea what was coming! We wish these two the best and hope the wedding is everything you both hope for! Props to Tucker on such a sweet proposal!

We met Terri and Johnny and their kiddos through NLR basketball when Jay started taking basketball photos for the local newspaper, NLR Times. Coach Rice has been so great to Jaison. I know sports photography is Jaison’s favorite and we have has amazing support from the NLR high school staff and parents of the players. We are so glad we have had the opportunity to work with the basketball team and now taking The Rice’s family photos this holiday season. His wife, Terri is just as sweet and down-to-earth as she can be! We loved hanging out with their family during their mini session! They’re a super cute family! Enjoy!
I am thankful that I met Catherine through the UCA Young Alumni Association Board! Her little family is so so cute aren’t they?! Little Natalie smiled like a champ, even though IÂ was certain we would be blown away by the crazy wind! There is only one word to describe this session, PRECIOUS! It was so hard to choose my favorites for this blog post, Natalie looked so sweet in all of them! Enjoy!
p.s. It is just a bonus that Catherine is one of my sorority sisters and I didn’t even know it until recently. I love that Alpha Tau is something I can share with so many incredible women! Feeling blessed!

This was the best shoot! It was chilly, but when you’re photographing two literal BEAUTY queens, your photos are destined to be beautiful. Sam is one of my sweet sorority sisters and also the winner of Miss White River. Kyla, was the winner of the Miss White River Teen Pageant. I was thrilled when Sam asked me to do their fun Christmas shoot! These two were so fun and very easy to work with. These girls are truly the entire package! I hope you enjoy these as much as I enjoyed taking them!

I was so excited to photograph this family! Courtney is one of my sorority sisters and she also used to work for me when I managed the salon. I have met very few people as precious as Courtney, then I met her whole family and loved them too. They were so hilarious, loving and just plain cute! Jason and Gage look like clones of one another and Courtney and her mom, Amy are without a doubt mother and daughter. I loved sharing laughs with this crew! Be sure to check out their silly Christmas card picture, it is one of my favorites of the day!

I met Amy several years ago while working at the salon and I am so thankful that God placed her in my life. She has been such a mentor and friend to me inside and outside of work! We love taking their family photos and this year Abi had the prettiest dress! Abi has grown so much since she was the flower girl in our wedding a year and a half ago, it is amazing how time flies! She gets prettier and prettier with age. I enjoyed dropping off their photos at their house tonight and playing school with Abi, she is a hoot! And they even brought Allie, their sweet pup!

Karen is one of my dearest friends and when she asked me to take her maternity photos with her husband Matt, I was so excited! I have loved seeing their relationship evolve since I first saw the pictures on Facebook of Matt proposing. First let me say, it was FREEZING that day but Karen and Matt posed like professionals! They were up for any idea I had, even if that meant laying Karen on top of the picnic table. Which in my opinion was pretty impressive since she is pregnant! They don’t even look the slightest bit cold in the photos. I can’t wait to continue watching this family grow and I am excited to meet Miss Liken Bowers! I know she will be beautiful just like her mom.

We are so excited to bring you the McAllister wedding! Abi and Jake tied the knot on October 4th in Little Rock! They had their reception at Next Level Events, also known as the train station. Throughout the blog post you will see their adorable son, my favorite moment was when he was watching Abi dance with her dad, his grandpa. It is the sweetest moment ever! The bridesmaids dresses were gorgeous and Abi’s hair is my AMAZING! Love, love, love the side braid! Enjoy this gorgeous wedding! Now that we have posted Anna and Colby’s wedding day photos we are happy to share her bridals! They tied the knot on September 20, 2014 at Alda’s Magnolia Hill in Little Rock. She had a completely different look for her wedding day (which we also loved)! We were happy we were able to get two totally different feels of her in her beautifully unique dress! Sometimes we donate sessions to organizations for a good cause. This session was won by The Miller’s at an event for the American Heart Association. They are an adorable family! Check out their fun fall session in Little Rock. 
I am so thankful that Shelby was placed in my life freshman year of college through Alpha Tau. Shelby is my pledge sister and from the very start has been one of the refreshingly honest, most real people that I know. I am so happy that she found Payton, they are seriously perfect for each other! Their session in Little Rock could not have been sweeter! Shelby and Payton are currently in a long-distance relationship and I don’t know how they do it! But it seems to work well for them! We can’t wait to shoot Shelby’s bridals and their wedding next September at Alda’s Magnolia Hill in Little Rock! We love you two and are thankful for friends like y’all!

When we booked Anna Lee + Colby’s wedding I was thrilled! I love booking Alpha Tau weddings because it is like hanging out with friends all day and I get to create lasting memories for them through their photographs (and in this case their video as well). Anna and Colby tied the knot at Alda’s Magnolia Hill in Little Rock on September 20th! The venue, as always, was GORGEOUS! Miss Alda goes all out for every wedding at her venue and each time it is PERFECT! For their ceremony, Colby came in on a canoe and Anna on a horse-drawn carriage. We did their video as I mentioned earlier as well as their wedding day photography, bridals and engagements! We have sincerely enjoyed working with them over the last year. We wish you both a lifetime of happiness and lots of love! We had a blast sharing your big day with you! We hope everyone enjoys this southern wedding!

Jenna and James are the coolest couple ever! Seriously, they are both nurses, which I love that they both share the same profession. As husband and wife photographers, Jaison and I can totally relate to having the same profession as our spouse. It is an amazing experience and a special thing to share! They also are going to appear on the television show ‘Tiny House Nation’ early next year. It was seriously the coolest thing I have ever seen, there was a TV crew filming that their wedding!! Since they’re going to be on that show, that means they just built a “Tiny House,” if you don’t know what that means google the show and check it out. It is super neat! This couple’s love is so real and not to mention they are both GORGEOUS! We loved shooting this wedding at The Villa Marre in Little Rock! Congrats Jenna & James Dean! We love y’all!
